Harvest Moon

Rising with delight. The time is ripe. Joy abounds. Laughter does the rounds.

It is a sight to behold, when the full moon rises above the mountains of our Winelands, i.e. Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschoek, etc. Many cultivars are harvested at night, when the sugar levels of the grapes are just right.
